Q: I am heading to Japan from Australia and am wondering what the most tight way is for me to exchange my currency. Should i do it in Australia or wait till i get to Japan? Should i use ATM's or should i use a foreign exchange
A: largest way is wait to be in Japan, directly in to the airport you'll find exchange desk with no fee or a cheap one for bills,
ATM is always available for visa, american express and so on,
some time it's cheaper and faster to change some change money.
i had 149 euro in my postcard and went to get 180 dollars in the bank of america atm.
then i went to watch the balance...the balance was 4,77 euro!! how is it possible? i checked the currency exchnage of that two seconds
