India Forex Advisors gave following forecast on other currencies, gold and crude oil:
EURUSD: The EUR/USD is currently trading at 1.2737 levels. euro continued its appreciation against US dollar, as ECB said that it will stop giving loans to the Greek banks for a short to limit its risk. Moreover, economic sentiment measure in Euro-zone dropped to a reading of -2.4 in May, compared to a reading of 13.1 posted in preceding month. France and German markets will be closed today on account of a bank break. Strong support is seen at 1.2681 while the resisters comes at 1.2869 levels (previous violent). Euro has broken our target of 1.30. 1-3 Months ken, bearish range 1.25-1.31 levels. Exporters start covering EUR/INR, since EURUSD dipped below 1.30.
